Over 100 attendees shared their comments at the March 15, 2025 Community Open House.
Planning the Innovation Campus creates an opportunity for the community to weigh in on the place making. In March 2025, community members and stakeholders participated in a forum and online survey to help inform on the Innovation Campus Master Planning process.

The in-person community open house had over 100 people in attendance interacting with a variety of stations highlighting different aspects of the project. Participates were able to share comments on the proposed low, medium, and high density site concepts. There were also several displays with a variety of types of natural amenities, buildings, and park locations. The online survey was open for four weeks and received 435 responses.

The funding sources for the Innovation Campus Project are from the City of McMinnville and two grants from the State of Oregon Economic Development Department’s Special Public Works Fund and the Strategic Reserve Fund.
